We're a family in Ohio who got fed up with skincare products that were 80% water, loaded with fillers, and barely worked. We started researching what people actually used before the modern cosmetics industry existed — and kept coming back to one thing: tallow.
Grass-fed beef tallow. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins. Structurally similar to your skin's own sebum. Used for thousands of years. And almost completely absent from modern skincare because it's not cheap to source and can't be patented.
So we started making our own. Small batches in the kitchen, testing on our family first. When it worked better than anything we'd bought, we figured other people deserved to know about it.
